Shipping and Delivery

The shipping or delivery timeframes provided on our website (Supreme Autozone LLC) are estimates based on factors such as location, package size, and transit times of shipping carriers. Please note that these dates are approximate. We are committed to keeping you informed about any updates and delivering the parts you need as quickly as possible.

When we mention “Business Days” for shipping or delivery timeframes, we refer to Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Please be aware that we do not process or deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We do not cover shipping costs or labor fees.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

In most cases, orders are processed for shipment or delivery from our warehouse within 24-48 hours after the customer confirms the order (based on the image of the part sent by us), unless otherwise specified. The actual delivery or transit times may vary depending on the package size and the delivery location. Typically, packages are delivered within eight (8) to nine (9) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the package(s) leave our warehouse.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Upon receiving your order, we strongly recommend inspecting all shipping parts, packages, and items for any signs of damage, missing, or incorrect parts. While our warehouses take precautions to prevent shipping damage, it can occur. If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, please contact us immediately to prevent being charged for return freight. Please do not send or return the part(s) or package(s) without obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please note that any warranty provided by Supreme Autozone LLC for damaged or incorrect parts will be void after seven (7) business days, regardless of fault. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims for such incidents must be reported and processed through the shipping company.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from our website are subject to our shipping or delivery terms, which are FOB shipping points. This means that the risk of loss, title, and responsibility for goods is transferred from the seller to the buyer at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport. Although we are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. If the entire shipment is not received within two (2) full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. All claims must be made within seven (7) days of the shipment date. Please do not send or return the part(s) or package(s) without obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
